When we moved into our apartment, we made a quick trip to Target to pick up some things we hadn’t thought to bring. One of them was a shoe rack for our doorway.
While it served it’s purpose for the past year and a half, I never really liked the look of it. I moved it around the apartment a bit before deciding it may benefit from a simple face lift. One can of red paint later, I’m SO MUCH happier with it!
I was so convinced I needed to find a replacement for this rack, but $3.50 for a can of spray paint really did the job. When it comes to furniture, patience is really key. I’m glad I didn’t rush to buy something else and tried to think of ways to transform what we already had.
Anyone else have a “Spray Paint to the Rescue” story?
